There have been many diets, but there is only one that truly makes you healthy. I introduce to you the Paleo Diet. It’s a new way to eating. In this post I will start with how I was introduced to it. Then it’s on to some history of our ancestors, which had a very specific diet for millions of years. Straying from this diet has made us fat and sick. Lastly, I will talk about the man who came up with the Paleo Diet.
